摘　　要：PSD4235G2是ST公司设计生产的在线可编程外围器件,可针对MCU提供存储系统,在嵌入式系统开发领域应用广泛。鉴于其设计灵活、资源丰富和性价比极高等优点,从内部结构和主要功能模块入手,对芯片构成系统进行实际测试,建立起针对功能参数、直流参数与交流参数的测试方法,给出测试结果数据。在测试数据的支持下,以PSD4235G2与MCU的典型连接为例,深入分析和探讨了PSD4235G2芯片在实际应用领域的优势和潜力,为同款芯片的其他测试和应用提供了可借鉴的经验与参考。PSD4235G2 is an on-line programmable peripheral device designed and produced by STMicroelectronics,which can provide storage system for MCU and is widely used in embedded system development field.In view of its advantages of flexible design,abundant resources and extremely high cost performance,starting with its internal structure and main functional modules,The system made up of the chip is actually tested,and test methods for functional parameters,DC parameters and AC parameters are established,and test result data are given.With the support of test data,taking the typical connection between PSD4235G2 and MCU as an example,the advantages and potential of PSD4235G2 chip in practical application field are analyzed and discussed in depth,which provides referential experience and reference for other tests and applications of the same chip.
