摘 要:利用组织培养技术能够进行兰属植物的快速繁殖,也能保持其优良品性,加速育种进程。近些年,兰属植物在组织培养方面已经取得较大进展。为促进兰属植物的组织培养和产业化大规模生产,本文以兰属植物中的春兰、墨兰、建兰、寒兰和蕙兰等为代表,从外植体选择、培养基选择及激素、有机添加物等方面进行总结与讨论,以期为兰属植物的组织培养和产业化大规模生产提供有效的参考。Tissue culture is the main technology applied in the rapid propagation of Cymbidium,which shortened the breeding year and maintained the native eminent characteristics of Cymbidium species.In recent years,we had got a great progress in tissue culture of Cymbidium.In order to promote tissue culture and industrialized large-scale production of orchids,in this paper,the explant,culture medium,hormone optimization and organic additives were compared and discussed for C.goeringii,C.sinense,C.ensifolium,C.kanran and C.faberi,taken as typical representatives in Cymbidium.The results would provide effective reference for tissue culture and massive production of Cymbidium.
