修订JJG(铁道)129—2004《铁道货车超偏载检测装置》的建议

摘　　要：铁道货车超偏载检测装置用于检测运行中的铁路货车装载状况,是保障铁路货车运行安全必不可少的设备。检定超偏载检测装置主要依据JJG(铁道)129-2004《铁道货车超偏载检测装置》。针对JJG(铁道)129-2004,提出修订建议,包括从量值传递与溯源体系代替理论计算方式获取标准值、增加速度超过60 kg/h铁道货车通过超偏载检测装置的评判标准以及通过期间核查调整检定方案等。The overload and unbalance load detecting device of railway wagon is used to detect the loading status of rail?way wagons in transportation,which is an essential equipment to ensure the safety of rail wagon transportation.JJG(Rail?way)129-2004 Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load of Rail Wagons is the main basis for verification of overload and unbalance load detecting device.In the light of JJG(Railway)129-2004,the revised proposals are raised,which include obtaining standard value from the system of quantity transfer and traceability instead of theoretical calcu?lation,adding up the criteria for the evaluation of rail wagon passing overload and unbalance load detecting devices with speed over 60 km/h as well as adjusting the verification scheme through period verification,and etc.
