文化创意产业背景下高校设计专业人才培养思路探析

摘　　要：文化创意产业背景下中国高校设计专业创意人才培养的现状,存在着许多问题,设计专业创意人才的培养如何对应文化创意产业的社会需求,制订出具体的设计专业创意人才的培养教学计划,及时调整和改革、建立与创意产业相互依存、相互促进的教学内容和教育模式,这是中国专业设计院校教学改革的重大课题。文章对于国内外文化创意产业与高校设计教育创意人才培养研究的现状和趋势进行分析,理清高校设计教育创意人才培养的研究思路,提出了高校设计专业创意设计专业设计人才培养研究的具体内容及建设性的一些对策。cultural creative industry under the background of the present situation of the design professional creative talents in colleges and universities,there exist many problems,the cultivation of professional creative design talent how to corresponding to the social demand of cultural creative industry to develop a specific professional creative design talent cultivation of teaching plan,timely adjustment and reform,establishing and creative industries are interdependent,mutually promote the teaching content and mode of education,this is an important issue which China professional design of college teaching reform.This paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the research on cultural and creative industries and creative talents training in college design education at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas of creative talents training in college design education,and puts forward the specific contents and constructive countermeasures of the research on creative talents training in college design major.
