摘　　要：苜草素是从紫花苜蓿中提取的一种纯植物成分饲料添加剂,主要含有黄酮、皂甙、多糖等植物成分,具有促进畜禽生长、调节脂质代谢、增强免疫、抗氧化等功能。文章阐述了苜草素的生物学功能及其作用机制,并综述了近年来苜草素在畜禽生产中的应用效果。Polysavone is a kind of pure plant ingredient feed additive extracted from alfalfa,which mainly contains flavonoids,saponins,polysaccharides and other plant components.It could promote the growth of livestock and poultry,regulate lipid metabolism,enhance immunity and resist oxidation.This review summarized the biological functions of polysavone and the application effects in livestock and poultry production in recent years,tried to provide the better application for the study of the absorption,metabolism and regulation mechanism of polysavone in laying hens.
