摘　　要：重点讲述导热塑料和塑包铝的特点、导热塑料与普通塑料在机械性能上的对比、导热塑料和铝合金在性能上的对比以及相应的实验数据,并通过理论和实验数据分析,优化产品设计方法。The characteristics of thermal conductive plastics and plastic-clad aluminium,the comparison of mechanical properties between thermal conductive plastics and ordinary plastics,the comparison of properties between thermal conductive plastics and aluminium alloys,and the corresponding experimental data are emphatically described.Through theoretical and experimental data analysis,product design method is optimized.
