摘　　要：随着科学技术在各领域的不断应用,短波通信技术在通信系统中的地位日益突出。主要对短波通信技术的特点、应急通信部门的组成进行研究和分析,然后针对短波通信网在应急通信领域应用中存在的问题,提出一些解决措施,使短波通信发挥出最大价值,并促进短波通信技术的发展。With the continuous application of science and technology in various fields,the position of short-wave communication technology in communication system is increasingly prominent.Mainly through to the shortwave communication technical characteristics,study and analysis of the composition of the emergency department,and then targeted is existing in the application of short wave communication network in the field of emergency communication problem,some measures are put forward,hope in the shortwave communication play a maximum value at the same time,also can promote the development of shortwave communication technology.
