摘　　要：目的探讨自由体位分娩联合分娩球及间苯三酚在纠正枕位不正中的临床应用效果。方法选取100例枕位不正产妇作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组产妇采用自由体位纠正枕位不正,试验组在对照组基础上给予分娩球和间苯三酚干预。比较两组产妇的第一产程、第二产程时间,并发症发生率,自然分娩率和新生儿Apgar评分。结果试验组的第一产程、第二产程时间均明显短于对照组,自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组新生儿Apgar≥8分比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在自由体位基础上,采用分娩球及间苯三酚纠正枕位不正的效果更优,可提高自然分娩率,减少产后并发症,改善新生儿预后。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of freestyle delivery combined with birth ball and phloroglucin in correcting occipital dislocation.Methods 100 cases of puerperas with occipital dislocation were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used free posture to correct occipital dislocation,and the experimental group used birth ball and phloroglucin on the basis of the control group.The first stage and second stage of labor,the incidence of complications,natural delivery rate and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The rate of neonatal Apgar score≥8 points in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of free posture,birth ball and phloroglucin in correcting occipital dislocation have better effect,which can improve the natural delivery rate,reduce postpartum complications and improve neonatal prognosis.
