摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔对冠心病伴心衰患者生命体征及心功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月我院收治的冠心病伴心衰患者64例,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(33例)与对照组(31例)。研究组给予曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后的心功能(LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF)与生命体征(HR、SBP、DBP)。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平均显著优于治疗前,且研究组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF水平均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组的HR、SBP、DBP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病伴心衰患者,可明显改善心功能,使生命体征平稳。Objective To explore the influence of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol on vital signs and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 64 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into study group(33 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to the treatment methods.The study group was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol,and the control group was treated with metoprolol.The cardiac function(LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF)and vital signs(HR,SBP,DBP)before treatment and 3 months after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results 3 months after treatment,the LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF levels of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF levels of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the HR,SBP and DBP levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function and stabilize vital signs.
