医护一体化在乳腺肿瘤切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化在乳腺肿瘤切除术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取实施麦默通乳腺肿瘤旋切术的患者100例,分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组实行常规管理模式,观察组开展医护一体化管理模式,评价其护理效果。结果观察组的SAS和SDS评分、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士专业理论知识、专业技能操作评分,医生对护理工作满意度评分以及患者的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿瘤切除术患者围手术期应用医护一体化管理模式,可有效改善患者的焦虑和抑郁心理,减少并发症的发生,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of medical-nursing integration in perioperative period of breast tumor resection.Methods 100 cases of patients with Mammotome breast tumor atherectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management mode,and the observation group was given medical-nursing integration management mode.The nursing effects were evaluated.Results The SAS and SDS scores,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nurses’scores of professional theory knowledge and professional skills,the doctors’satisfaction score to nursing work,and the patients’satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Medical-nursing integration management mode in perioperative period of breast tumor resection can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the complications,and improve the nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
