立体定向治疗高血压脑出血的术后护理

摘　　要：目的探讨立体定向治疗高血压脑出血的术后护理方法及效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的高血压脑出血患者89例,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例)。对照组术后行常规护理,观察组术后行护理干预,观察两组患者的护理效果和并发症情况。结果观察组的护理总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的61.36%(P<0.05)。结论立体定向治疗高血压脑出血后采用护理干预的效果显著,能够减少并发症发生,促进患者康复,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the postoperative nursing method and effect of stereotactic therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 89 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(44 cases).The control group received postoperative routine nursing,and the observation group received postoperative nursing intervention.The nursing effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than61.36%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention in stereotactic therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant effect,can reduce the complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
