绝经后妇女取环困难的原因分析及处理

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经后妇女取环困难的相关因素,解决绝经后妇女取环困难的问题。方法总结我院妇科自2011年2~2013年5月期间取环困难的病历资料。结果绝经后妇女取环困难的主要原因为绝经后生殖器官萎缩;节育器异常;精神因素所致;子宫异常等。解决方法:适宜的时间取环;借助宫腹腔镜或者彩超;心理疏导及麻醉药物的使用;米索前列醇等药物预处理。结论绝经时间超过一年的妇女,取环前药物预处理,使宫颈软化扩张;做好健康宣教,绝经一年内取环比较适宜;取环技巧的掌握及辅助设备的应用是提高成功率的有效方法。Objective Related factors of postmenopausal women take up diffcult ring,To explore how to solve the difficulties of ring.Method Clinical data of the 2011.2~2013.5 difficult to take the ring.Results The main causesof difficult IUD in:postmenopausal genital atrophy;IUD abnormal;abnormal uterine;mental factors.Ring method to sove the difficulties;misoprostol drug pretreatment;suitable time to take the ring;by laparoscopy or color Dopp;er ultrasound in;the use of narcotic drugs and psychological counseling.Conclusion The time of menopause women over 1 years,the ring before the drug pretreatment,can make the cervical softening and expansion,increase in postmenopausal women and the success rate of smooth ring;well education,IUD placement of postoperative followup,menopause 1 year take part in more appropriate.Application of Master;ring skills and auxiliary equipment is an effective method to improve the success rate of.
