内痔注射后套扎联合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察内痔消痔灵注射后套扎联合外痔切除治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年10月~2018年6月收治的106例环状混合痔患者,按照手术方式分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组采用内痔套扎联合外痔切除治疗,观察组在内痔消痔灵注射后套扎联合外痔切除治疗。比较两组治愈率、术中出血量、术后疼痛、脱线时间、脱线后出血、创面愈合时间、肛门狭窄及复发率等情况。结果对照组治愈率为92.45%,高于观察组的84.91%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术中出血量、术后疼痛、创面愈合时间、肛门狭窄等情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者脱线时间为(8.13±1.97)d,少于对照组的(11.03±1.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脱线时出血发生率、复发率均为1.89%,少于对照组的13.21%、9.43%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内痔消痔灵注射后套扎联合外痔切除治疗环状混合痔可以减少内痔脱线时间与脱线期出血,有效降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of internal hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 106 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the operation method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal malleolus ligation combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.The observation group was treated with internal hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.The cure rate,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,off-line time,bleeding after off-line,wound healing time,anal stenosis,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the control group was 92.45%,which was higher than that of the observation group 84.91%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,wound healing time,anal stenosis,etc.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The time of off-line in the observation group was(8.13±1.97)d,which was less than that in the control group(11.03±1.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding and recurrence rate were 1.89%,which were less than 13.21%and 9.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoids can reduce the bleeding time of the internal hemorrhoids and the off-line period,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
