摘　　要：委外BOM是企业进行制造外包的重要数据,对企业高效、合理、有序的开展制造外包活动有着重要作用。该文研究了面向电子装备的委外BOM构建方法,分析了不同构建方法的特点和适用场景,并在PDM、CAPP及SAP等生产管理系统中进行了实施。验证结果证明,该文提出的方法能够有效提高委外BOM构建效率和数据准确性。As the important data,outsourcing BOM plays an important role in the efficient,reasonable and orderly development of manufacturing outsourcing.This paper studies the methods of outsourcing BOM construction for electronic device,analyses the characteristics and application scenarios of different methods,and validates the methods in PDM,CAPP and SAP.The validation results show that the methods can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of outsourcing BOM construction.
