摘  要:现代大型组织机构内部(大型企业、军队等),部门多、岗位多、业务多,为了便于工作的开展,一般也会建设复杂的流程体系。与此同时,为了便于员工熟悉流程、掌握对应岗位的应知应会,了解与其他部门、岗位的协同协作,也为了便于业务流程的研究和创新,需要在已有的业务信息系统之外,研制独立的训练系统,满足上述训练、研究、创新的需要。In modern large-scale organizations(large enterprises,military,etc.),there are many departments,posts and businesses.In order to facilitate the development of work,complex process system will generally be built.At the same time,in order to facilitate staff to familiarize themselves with the process,grasp the corresponding post’s response,understand the collaboration with other departments and posts,and facilitate the research and innovation of business process,it is necessary to develop an independent training system in addition to the existing business information system to meet the above training, research and innovation needs.
