摘 要:浊度是指水中的悬浮颗粒和胶体对光线的阻碍作用,反映水浑浊度的重要指标之一。根据朗伯-比尔定律,我们提出了一种基于光电式测量水样浊度的方法,并阐述了该浊度仪的硬件电路设计、软件设计以及光路设计的整套嵌入式系统。实验结果表明:作者设计的浊度仪在(0-400NTU)的范围内,浊度与采样的AD值是呈分段线性的关系,测量效果较好。与传统的光电式浊度仪相比,该方法不仅电路结构简单,而且具有测量重复性好、测量精度高、功耗低等优点。Turbidity refers to the obstruction of suspended particles and colloids in water,reflecting one of the important indicators of water turbidity.According to Lambert-Beer's law,this paper proposed a method based on photoelectric measurement of turbidity of water samples,and describes the hardware circuit design,software design and optical system design of the turbidity meter.The experimental results show that the turbidity meter designed in this paper is in the range of(0-400 NTU),and the turbidity and the sampled AD value are linear relationship of the component segments,and the measurement results are better.Compared with the traditional photoelectric turbidimeter,this method not only has a simple circuit structure,but also has the advantages of good measurement repeatability,high measurement accuracy,low power consumption,and the like.
