摘　　要：随着高校后勤信息化的发展,给后勤各实体单位管理信息化提出了更高的要求。在日常的餐饮管理过程中,伙食材料采购、送货等环节还是采用口头电话通知、手动记录等方式,工作量大,时效性差,效率低。伙食材料的质量直接影响着食堂的食品安全,如何选择实力强、资质好、服务优的供应商,是摆在管理部门面前的一道难题。With the development of logistics informationization in colleges and universities,higher requirements are put forward for the management informationization of logistics entities.In the daily catering management process,the procurement and delivery of food materials are still based on oral telephone notification,manual recording,etc.,with large workload,poor timeliness and low efficiency.The quality of food materials directly affects the food safety of the canteen.How to choose a supplier with strong strength,good qualifications and excellent service is a difficult problem facing the management department.
