摘 要:抗毁性是网络化指挥信息系统有效应对战场威胁和攻击的核心能力。针对网络化指挥信息系统抗毁性度量问题,首先,对系统要素结构进行抽象:定义了功能节点、信息关系、信息功能链、系统功能网络等基本概念;其次,分析了网络化指挥信息系统抗毁性特点和抗毁性要素,在此基础上提出了系统抗毁性的9个度量指标和计算方法;再次,确定了指标权重和聚合方式,建立网络化指挥信息系统抗毁性度量模型,并给出抗毁性判定标准;最后,以区域联合防空网络化指挥信息系统为例,验证了该模型的有效性。Invulnerability is the key ability for Networked Command Information System to response war threats and attacks.Aiming at the invulnerability measurement problem of Networked Command Information System,firstly,this paper abstracted the structure of system element:then the concepts of functional node,information relation,information functional chain and system functional network were defined.Secondly,the invulnerability characteristics and element of Networked Command Information System were analyzed,and nine indexes of Invulnerability factor measuring and computing methods were proposed on the basic of the analysis.Thirdly,index weight determination and aggregation method are given,and the invulnerability measurement model of Networked Command Information System was built,as well as invulnerability criterion was given.Finally,taking Networked Command Information System of regional joint air defense operations as an example,the effectiveness of the model was validated.
