摘  要:为研究墙式切圆锅炉分离燃尽风(separated over-fire air,SOFA)风率对锅炉的燃烧及NOx生成特性的影响,以某660MW超超临界墙式切圆锅炉为原型建立了对应的物理模型,运用了ANSYS数值模拟软件,采用数值模拟的方法计算得出不同SOFA风率下的炉内温度场、组分场、炉膛出口烟温偏差分布及锅炉燃烧NOx生成结果。根据数值模拟结果,分析了SOFA风率对墙式切圆锅炉的燃烧特性和NOx生成特性的影响。结果表明,SOFA风率的增加使得炉膛温度分布更均匀,波动幅度更小。较高的SOFA风率可取得较为理想的NOx排放效果。当SOFA风率为30%时,NOx排放浓度最低,炉膛出口烟温偏差较小,为墙式切圆锅炉的安全经济运行提供了参考。To investigate the effect of the separated over-fire air(SOFA)rate on the combustion and NOx formation characteristics of the wall-tangentially boiler,this paper takes the 660MW ultra supercritical wall-tangentially boiler as the prototype to build corresponding physical model,selects reasonable mathematical model,and uses the method of numerical simulation to study the temperature field,component field,temperature deviation distribution of the furnace outlet,and the results of generating NOx under different SOFA rates by ANSYS software.This paper analyses the effect of the SOFA rate on the combustion and NOx formation characteristics according to the results of the numerical simulations.The results indicate that the temperature distribution will be more uniform and the fluctuation range will be smaller in the furnace when the SOFA rate increases.Moreover,higher SOFA rate can reach a more ideal NOx emission;especially when the SOFA rate is 30%,the NOx emission concentration reaches the lowest level and the temperature deviation of the furnace outlet is lower,which provides a reference for the safety and economic operation of the wall-tangentially fired boiler.
