摘 要:火电厂再热汽温被控对象普遍具有大迟延、时变、非线性等特性,且在不同的负荷工况下,再热汽温控制系统会表现出不同的动态特性,常规PID控制超调量大,容易产生振荡,调节时间长。为了实现对再热汽温的有效控制,提出一种基于综合加权多模型的再热汽温改进预测函数控制算法。在控制过程中,根据局部模型用改进预测函数控制算法设计出相应的子控制器。通过求取所有控制器的综合加权系数,得到实际控制器的输出。仿真结果表明,提出的控制策略能够适应不同负荷的变化,控制性能明显优于常规PID控制,可以有效克服模型失配,提高对再热汽温的控制品质。The boiler reheated steam temperature control system often has the properties of long time delay,timevarying and nonlinear.Under different load conditions,the reheated steam temperature control system shows different dynamic characteristics,conventional PID control has a large overshot and a long adjustment time,and is easy to produce oscillation.In order to realize the effective control of reheated steam temperature,an improved predictive functional control method for reheated steam temperature based on weighted multiple model was designed.In the control process,according to the local models,the improved predictive functional control method was used to design the corresponding model predictive controller.The output of the actual controller of the system can be calculated by calculating the integrated weighting coefficient of each controller.The experimental results show that the control method used in the essay can adapt the change of the load,and the control performance of the method is obviously superior to conventional PID control.Besides,it can be a good method to solve the problem of model mismatch and improve the control quality of the reheated steam temperature.
