摘 要:盘式制动器制动力矩的热抖动对制动效能会产生不利影响,因此,针对如何减小制动器热抖动的研究具有重要意义。考虑了材料随温度变化的特性及热辐射的影响,并建立通风盘式制动器的热机完全耦合模型;模拟紧急制动工况下制动器的制动过程,并对制动盘温度、热应力及变形进行分析;通过设计3水平5因素单指标的正交试验对制动盘主要结构参数进行灵敏度分析,以确定制动力矩波动最小水平下的结构最优参数组合。仿真结果表明,基于正交试验下的灵敏度分析可以有效改善制动力矩的热抖动现象。The thermal shock of the torque of the disc brake has an adverse effect on the braking performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the thermal shock of the brake.Taking into account the material's characteristics with temperature changes and the influence of heat radiation,a fully coupled thermal engine model for ventilated disc brakes was established;the braking process of the brake under emergency braking conditions was simulated,and the temperature,thermal stress and deformation of the brake disc were also simulated.The sensitivity of the main structural parameters of the brake disc was nalyzed through the design of 3 level 5 factors single index orthogonal test to determine the structural optimal parameter combination at the minimum level of the braking torque fluctuation.The simulation results show that the sensitivity analysis based on orthogonal test can effectively improve the thermal shock phenomenon of braking torque.
