摘  要:涡轮叶片的型线设计是叶片设计的核心。基于叶片型线及其叶身的整体参数化设计,可减短叶片设计周期,提高叶片设计质量。根据叶型及叶身的组成和特征,建立其参数化方程。数值求解方程,得到叶片表面给定精度下的数据点。由所求得的数据点在UG软件中构建叶片点云集,由点云集包络得到叶片曲面。对照分析点云集下建立的叶片模型与三截面设计得到的模型的差异。结果表明:基于整体参数化方程求解所得到的叶片模型可满足精度要求。研究结果可作为涡轮叶片参数化设计的基础。The core of turbine blade design is line type design.Based on the overall parametric design of the blade line and its leaf body,the blade design cycle can be shortened and the blade design quality can be improved.According to the composition and characteristics of leaf type and leaf body,the parameterization equation was established.The numerical solution equation was obtained and the data points under the given accuracy of the blade surface were obtained.The leaf points were constructed from the obtained data points in UG software.The points were clustered to get the leaf surface.The difference between the model of the blade model and the three-section design was established.The results show that the obtained blade model can meet the requirement of accuracy based on the global parametric equation.The results of this study can be used as the basis for the parametric design of turbine blades.
