摘 要:采用有限元方法对二维十字排列椭圆孔周期结构的带隙及传输特性进行了研究,发现此类结构具有较宽的带隙范围.基于该研究,构造了由3种不同尺寸代表性单元组成的双通道波导结构,并通过有限元建模计算,分析了该结构的双通道滤波性能.根据理论计算模型设计制作了亚克力材料的双通道声子晶体薄板,并进行传输特性测试,实验数据验证了仿真结果的准确性.研究结果表明,通过调节3种代表性单元的尺寸,改变声子晶体的带隙分布,可以实现不同频率弹性波在双通道结构中的定向传输.Phononic crystals(Pn Cs)are a kind of synthetic composite materials with spatial periodicity.Owing to the unique properties,such as the band gaps(BGs),defect mode,wave localization,and wave beaming,Pn Cs have been applied in acoustic filters,vibration isolation,noise reduction,and sonar detection,attracting increasing attention in recent years.Among these useful properties,the filter characteristics of Pn Cs have consistently been a popular research topic.Notably,these existing works primarily focus on the multi-channel output of the same frequency,or the single-channel output of the different frequencies.Studies that investigate a multi-channel output with different frequencies,or specified frequencies,are rare.Most of a filter’s functionality is achieved through structures composed of local resonant Pn Cs,which usually require a more cumbersome design and more expensive costs.However,compared to local resonant Pn Cs,Bragg scattering Pn Cs are more commonly accepted in practical applications because of their simple design and easily available materials.Accordingly,this paper studies the multi-channel output of different frequencies by adopting Bragg scattering Pn Cs.The finite element methods(FEM)of the band structure and transmission spectrum are performed with COMSOL.The BG in theΓX direction of the band diagram is used as the test target.Periodic plates with criss-crossed elliptical holes can provide wider BGs because of their symmetry breaking.Based on such finding,a two-channel waveguide structure consisting of three representative volume elements(RVE)of different sizes(A,B and C)is constructed,and the twochannel filtering performance is subsequently investigated by the finite element analysis.The research frequency range is set from 0 to 18 k Hz.By comparing three RVE’s energy band structures,we can see that the frequency range of BG of A is almost between those of B and C,with relatively small overlap BG.Such BG characteristic can be utilized for the broadband filtering application.When the elastic w
