摘 要:为了探究新疆粳稻苗期对聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol, PEG)胁迫的反应并进行抗旱性综合评价。利用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫环境,对4个浓度梯度下的8个新疆粳稻审定品种苗期9项形态和生化指标进行测定。描述性统计分析表明,20%PEG浓度处理下各性状指标的相对值的变幅和变异系数最大,品种间苗期抗旱性存在较大差异,可以从这8个品种中筛选到苗期抗旱性较强的品种。据此进行相关性分析和主成分分析,通过3种分析方法综合评价各性状指标相对值间变异系数大小,相关性水平和4个主成分因子中特征值、贡献率和负荷量大小,将苗高、根长、苗鲜重、根鲜重、过氧化物酶(peroxidase, POD)活性和脯氨酸(proline, Pro)含量作为新疆粳稻苗期抗旱性鉴定的主要指标。采用模糊数学隶属函数法对各指标的隶属值进行抗旱性综合评价,8个粳稻品种中隶属平均值最大的品种是‘新稻44号’,为0.70,说明苗期其抗旱性较强;最小的是‘新稻11号’,为0.29,说明其苗期抗旱性较弱。本研究筛选的新疆粳稻苗期抗旱性指标和对8个品种进行的抗旱性综合评价,可为抗旱品种选育和抗旱性遗传研究提供理论依据和基础材料。In order to explore the response of polyethylene glycol(PEG) stress as well as comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of japonica rice at seedling stage in Xinjiang. Using PEG-6000 to simulate drought stress environment, 9 morphological and biochemical indexes of 8 approved varieties of japonica rice at seedling stage under 4 concentration gradients in Xinjiang were measured. Descriptive statistics analysis showed that the amplitude and variation coefficient of the relative value of each character index were the largest under 20% PEG concentration treatment, and there were great differences in drought resistance among seedling stage, the varieties with strong drought resistance at seedling stage can be screened from these 8 varieties. On this basis, correlation analysis and principal component analysis are carried out, comprehensive evaluation of the big or small of variation coefficient, relevance level and big or small of eigenvalue, contribution rate with load capacity of the 4 principal component factors among the relative values of each character index by 3 analysis methods. Seedling height, root length, seedling fresh weight, root fresh weight, peroxidase(POD) content and proline(Pro) activity can be used as the main indicators for drought resistance identification of japonica rice at seedling stage in Xinjiang. The membership value of each index for the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance by fuzzy mathematics membership function method, among the 8 varieties of japonica rice the maximum average value of membership is ’Xindao 44’, reaching 0.70, indicating that the drought resistance at seedling stage is stronger;the minimum average value of membership is ’Xindao 11’, reaching 0.29, indicating that the drought resistance at seedling stage is weaker.
