摘 要:为揭示萱草花芽分化的营养生理基础,本研究以‘黎城7号’萱草野生种(Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus’LC7’)为材料,观测了萱草花芽分化期花芽与叶片的表型形态,并对比分析了根、茎尖和叶片在不同分化阶段的生理生化特征。结果表明:(1)叶片数与花芽高和宽、叶宽与花芽高宽比均呈显著正相关(p<0.05);(2)在萱草花芽分化过程中,生物量向根茎部分配增多,根是养分的‘源’,养分不断地以可溶性糖的形式分配到茎尖‘库’中,为分化提供能量;(3)茎尖内高水平的碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白有利于启动花芽分化;(4)叶数达到12片和茎尖可溶性糖含量瞬间升高,可作为该野生萱草花芽形态分化的显著标志。据此可将萱草是否进入花芽分化阶段的判断方式简化。To reveal the nutritional physiology basis during flower bud differentiation of Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus ’LC7’, the morphological patterns of flower buds and leaves during flower bud differentiation were observed,and the physiological changes of roots, shoot tips and leaves at different stages of differentiation were measured.The results showed that:(1) The leaf number was significantly positively correlated with the flower bud height and width(p<0.05);(2) More biomasses were distributed to the rhizomes, and the root and shoot tips were served as ’source’ and ’library’ during flower bud differentiation, respectively. Nutrients in the form of soluble sugar were continuously distributed to the shoot tips to provide energy for differentiation;(3) High levels of carbohydrates and soluble protein in the shoot tips contribute to flower bud transition of Hemerocallis;(4) A temporary increase of soluble sugar in shoot tips was detected, which was suggested as a physiological landmark indicating inflorescence primordium initiation, as well as the leaves number reaches to the pieces of 12 was suggested as a morphological landmark. Thus, it is provided a convenient method to determine whether the flower bud of Hemerocallis is differentiated.
