摘　　要：浙江何氏妇科流派传承五代,以擅治妊娠病而闻名于世。一代鼻祖创立名方"定呕饮"凉血清肝以止呕安胎;二代传人创立名方"何氏安胎饮"清淡润和滋补脾肾以安胎;三代传人总结安胎八法辨证论治以安胎;四代传人新增补肾养血活血法治疗肾虚血瘀型妊娠病;五代传人中西并重,注重孕前病因筛查及调养,提高妊娠成功率。何氏妇科安胎理论完善,疗效卓越。HEs’ gynecological in Zhejiang has passed on for five generations and is famous for its good treatment of pregnancy disease. The first generation of ancestors created the famous prescription ‘Ding-ou Decoction’ to cool blood and liver to prevent abortion;the second generation created the famous prescription ‘Heshi Antai Decoction’ to moisten and nourish spleen and kidney to prevent abortion;the third generation summarized the eight methods of preventing abortion;the fourth generation added the method of tonifying kidney, nourishing and promoting blood circulation to treat pregnancy disease in syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis;the fifth generation emphasized on etiological screening to improve the success rate of pregnancy. HEs’ theory of gynecological abortion is perfect and the effect is excellent.
