摘　　要：目的:通过对文献的研究探讨构建围绝经期综合征证候规范化模型。方法:对1976年至2017年关于围绝经期综合征症状与辨证分型的期刊文献进行初步研究,归纳其主要症状与特异性症状,并应用聚类分析处理进行二次验证。结果:共纳入涉及到围绝经期综合征症状及证型分型的文献98篇,提取包含完整症状及证型数据368条,结合专业知识与临床,对同类证型合并共得到42类证型。按照累计频次大小总结出5种常见证型:肝肾阴虚证、心肾不交证、肝郁气滞证、肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证。结论:围绝经期综合征证候规范化模型的建立有利于临床实践。Objective: To establish a standardized syndrome model of perimenopausal syndrome based on literature research. Methods: This paper conducted a preliminary study on the literatures regarding the symptoms and syndrome differentiation of perimenopausal syndrome from 1976 to 2017, summarized the main symptoms and specific symptoms, and applied cluster analysis to perform a secondary verification. Results: A total of 98 references involving symptoms and syndrome types of perimenopausal syndrome were included in this study, and 368 complete symptoms and syndrome data were extracted. Combined with professional knowledge and clinical experience, a total of 42 syndrome types were obtained after the combination of similar syndrome types. Five common syndromes were summarized according to the accumulative frequency: syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney, syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation, syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin, syndrome of syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Conclusion: The establishment of a standardized model of perimenopausal syndrome is conducive to clinical practice.
