摘　　要：兵法与岐黄之术,源头为中国传统文化,包含了深刻的中国传统哲学思辨智慧。伤寒六经辨证体系是张仲景"勤求古训,博采众方"之精华。其阐述的理法方药,临床效如桴鼓,被历代医家奉为圭镜。《孙子兵法》是总结了军事领域内在联系和普遍规律的兵学杰作,是古代军事文化遗产的瑰宝。文章从明辨和治法两个层次,其中治法从"顺应形势,借力而攻"、"韬光养晦,潜藏收敛"、"伎巧应变,诡道出之"3个方面,结合六经生理病理特点,梳理六经辨治规律。在医道和兵法之间寻求相通之处,以加深对岐黄之术的理解,拓展临床实践的运用。The art of warfare and shackles, the source of traditional Chinese culture, contains profound traditional Chinese philosophical speculative wisdom. The syndrome system of cold pathogenic disease is the essence of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s ‘seeking for the ancient training and learning from the crowd’. The principle-method-recipe-medicines are clinically effective, and have been regarded as the mirror by the ancient doctors. Sun Tzu’s Art of War is a masterpiece of military science that summarizes the internal relations and universal laws in the military field, and is a gem of ancient military cultural heritage. The article is divided into two levels: the distinction between the rule of law and the rule of law;the rule of law consists of three aspects: ‘compliance with the situation, attack by force’, ‘hiding the light, cultivating the potential’, ‘smartness and strain, and swearing out’;combining the six physiology pathological characteristics, combing the rule of six channels. Seek similarities between medical and military methods to deepen the understanding of the technique of sputum and expand the use of clinical practice.
