摘 要:目的:基于AHP-熵权法结合指纹图谱优选盐黄柏辅料用盐,初步制定炮制用盐质量标准。方法:对比不同厂家的19批食用盐样品的理化性质,包括粒度、水分、水不溶物、水溶性杂质(SO42-)、NaCl含量、碘离子含量,根据国家食用盐标准,初步优选其中7批盐进行盐黄柏炮制,以盐酸小檗碱、木兰花碱、盐酸小檗红碱、盐酸黄柏碱、巴马汀、盐酸药根碱、3,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、异绿原酸B、黄柏内酯的综合评分为评价指标,采用AHP-熵权法确定各评价指标的权重系数,综合评分结合指纹图谱,定性定量的分析炮制用盐对盐黄柏炮制的影响。结果:优选炮制用盐为未加碘精制盐。结论:该方法运用于炮制用盐的选择可行。Objective: To optimize the excipient salt of Phellodendron Chinese Schneid. by AHP-entropy weight method combined with fingerprint, and to establish the quality standard of processing salt. Methods: The physicochemical properties of 19 batches of edible salt samples from different manufacturers were compared, including particle size, water content, insoluble substances, water soluble impurities, sodium chloride content and iodine ion content. According to the national edible salt standard, seven batches of salt were preliminarily optimized for the processing of Phellodendron Chinese Schneid.. Taking the comprehensive scores of berberine hydrochloride, magnolia alkali, berberine hydrochloride, phellodendrine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, isochlorogenic acid B and phellodendron as evaluation indexes. The weight coefficients of each evaluation index were determined by AHP-entropy weight method. The comprehensive scores combined with fingerprint were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the effects of processing salts on the processing of Phellodendron Chinese Schneid.. Results: The preferred processing salt is non iodized salt. Conclusion: This method can be used for screening sodium chloride.
