中医序贯疗法治疗反复胚胎种植失败的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医序贯疗法对反复胚胎种植失败的影响。方法:77例反复胚胎种植失败并拟再次行冻融胚胎移植的患者分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(39例)。对照组的患者进行冻融胚胎移植,治疗组在对照组的基础上移植前结合中医序贯疗法进行调理后再进行冻融胚胎移植,移植后比较两组移植着床率、临床妊娠率及活产率。结果:治疗组胚胎着床率53.4%、临床妊娠率65.8%、胚胎活产率55.3%;对照组胚胎着床率25.0%、临床妊娠率为30.8%、胚胎活产率为20.5%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:中医序贯疗法能有效提高反复胚胎种植失败的成功率,值得推广。Objective: To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) sequential treatment on the patient of recurrent implantation failure. Methods: A total of 77 cases of repeated implantation failure of embryos were included. Thirtyeight patients treated with Chinese materia medica were assigned to the treatment group. The control group included 39 patients who were not treated with Chinese materia medica. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with the TCM sequential treatment before the transplantation, and then the embryo was implanted. The implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, and live birth rate were compared between the two groups after transplantation. Results: In the treatment group, embryo implantation rate was 53.4%, the pregnancy rate was 65.8%, the embryo survival rate was 55.3%;In the control group, the embryo implantation rate was 25.0%, the pregnancy rate was 30.8%, the embryo survival rate was 20.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM sequential treatment method can effectively improve the success rate of repeated embryo implantation failure and is worth to be spread extensively.
