基于“淋巴玄府”探讨风药论治恶性淋巴瘤

摘　　要：玄府以"通"为用,以"闭"为逆,淋巴玄府郁闭是恶性淋巴瘤的病理基础,是导致气津运行失常、痰浊瘀毒胶结的关键。淋巴玄府的提出充实了中医对恶性淋巴瘤认识的微观病机理论。借风药升、散、行、动的特点,用于恶性淋巴瘤的治疗,以"通""开""透""折"为法,使玄府得通,气血得畅,痰瘀得消而脏腑自安。Taking "tong" as its application and "close" as its inverse, xuanfu explored the role of xuanfu theory in malignant lymphoma, providing a new idea for the theoretical basis of xuanfu. Stagnant blockade of lymphatic xuanfu is the pathological basis of malignant lymphoma, and the key to the abnormal operation of qi, jin and the consolidation of phlegm, turbidity and stasis. Based on the characteristics of the wind medicine "rising, dispersing, moving and moving", this paper discusses the application of wind medicine in malignant lymphoma, and puts forward four methods: "tong", "kai", "tou" and "qu", which provide new ideas for the treatment of malignant lymphoma.
