徐景藩运用芳香化湿药治疗脾胃病

摘　　要：徐景藩教授提出,在治疗脾胃病时应注重运用芳香化湿药,以达到健脾燥湿、化湿和胃的目的。根据湿邪特性常用辛温或苦温药化解湿邪,并根据兼证酌情加减,常用药如苍术、藿香、厚朴、砂仁等。湿邪是脾胃病关键的致病因素,既是病因,又是病理产物。因此治疗胃脘痛、泄泻、呕吐等疾病时常运用化湿药物,使湿邪得化,气机得畅,脾胃得运。Professor XU Jingfan proposed that doctors should pay more attention to the use of dampnesstransforming medicinal in treating digestive-system to achieve the purpose of tonifying spleen, eliminating dampness, dissolving dampness and harmonizing the stomach. Professor XU Jingfan often uses drugs pungent in flavor and warm in property or drugs bitter in flavor and warm in property to dissolve the damp evil according to the characteristics of damp evil, adding or subtracting properly based on accompanying symptoms. Commonly used drugs are rhizoma atractylodis, Patchouli, Magnolia officinalis and fructus amomi and so on. Professor XU Jingfan thinks that damp evil is the key factor that causes digestive-system.Damp evil is not only pathogeny, but also pathological product. Thus Professor XU Jingfan often uses the drugs that can resolve dampness to remove damp evil, smoothen the functional activities of vital energy and make spleen and stomach complete transportation and transformation in treating disease such as epigastric pain, diarrhea, vomiting and other diseases.
