肝“体阴而用阳”理论在慢性乙型肝炎辨治中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究肝"体阴而用阳"理论在慢性乙型肝炎辨证论治中的应用。方法计算机检索国内外有关肝"体阴而用阳"理论指导慢性乙型肝炎治疗的文献,将符合纳入标准的12篇文献进行证型分布情况统计和评价。结果肝"体阴而用阳"与慢性乙型肝炎主要相关证型前5位(含并列)是肝阴虚证、肝郁气滞、肝血虚证、肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚、血瘀证、湿热内蕴。结论肝"体阴而用阳"在慢性乙型肝炎辨证论治方面具有一定的指导意义,有助于提高慢性乙型肝炎治疗效果。Objective To study the application of theory of liver being substantial yin and functional yangin syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Totally 12 articles that is related with the theory of liver being substantial yin and functional yang for chronic hepatitis B were retrieved through computer, aiming at evaluating its syndromes distribution. Results According to frequency, the top five syndromes(including juxtaposition) were: deficiency of liver yin, liver depression and qi stagnation, deficiency of liver blood, liver depression and spleen deficiency, deficiency of liver and kidney’s yin, blood stasis syndrome, retention of damp-heat. Conclusion The theory that function of theory of liver being substantial yin and functional yang guide the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B, improving the therapeutic effect of chronic hepatitis B.
