摘　　要：吴良镛教授在菊儿胡同改造时提出"按照城市内在的发展规律,顺应城市之肌理,在可持续发展的基础上,探求城市的更新和发展"的有机更新理论,是其提出的"新四合院"概念的最好实践。论文从空间结构、文脉衔接、居住空间形态及特色方面进行了简要分析,提高对城市旧城改造的认识和实践。Professor Wu Liangyong put forward the organic renewal theory of"according to the inherent law of urban development,conforming to the texture of the city,and exploring the renewal and development of the city on the basis of sustainable development"in the reconstruction ofJuer Hutong,which is the best practice of the concept of'new courtyard".This paper makes a brief analysis from the aspects of space structure,context connection,residential space form and characteristics,so as to improve the understanding and practice of urban old city transformation.
