摘　　要：目的探讨手术室老年患者压疮护理管理中集束化护理策略的应用效果及对护理质量的影响。方法选择2015年7月~2017年3月该院收治的1 560例手术室老年患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,各780例。对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施集束化护理干预,干预两周后,对比两组患者压疮发生率、发生时间、生存质量及护理质量。结果实验组压疮发生率1.28%(10/780)较对照组的10.26%(80/780)更低,发生时间(9.20±2.10)d较对照组的(5.06±2.12)d更迟,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预实施前,两组患者的SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预两周后,两组SF-36评分均有所上升,且研究组上升幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理质量较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对手术室老年患者压疮护理管理中应用集束化护理可有效降低压疮发生率,延迟压疮发生时间,提高护理质量与患者的生存质量,值得临床积极应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of clustering nursing strategies and the impact on nurs?ing quality in the management of pressure sores in elderly patients with operating room.Methods A total of 1 560 cases of elderly patients in the operating room who were admitted to this hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,780 cases of each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,and the patients in the experimental group performed bundled nursing interventions on the basis of routine care.After two weeks of intervention,the incidence,occurrence time,quality of life,and quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure sores in the experimental group was 1.28%(10/780),lower than that in the control group 10.26%(80/780).The time of occurrence(9.20±2.10)days was later than that of the control group(5.06±2.12)days,and the difference was statistically sig?nificant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After two weeks of intervention,SF-36 score in both groups increased,and the increase in the study group was even greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clustering nursing in pressure ulcer treatment in elderly patients in operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores,delay the occurrence of pressure sores,improve the quality of care and quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
