摘 要:某萤石矿浮选尾矿中,Rb2O、K2O品位分别为0.44%和9.23%,具有回收价值。研究了采用传统加热—硫酸+氟硅酸浸出工艺和微波辐照—硫酸+氟硅酸浸出工艺浸出铷和钾,考察了浸出时间、温度、硫酸用量、氟硅酸用量和矿浆液固质量比对铷、钾浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出时间2 h、温度95℃、硫酸用量60%、氟硅酸用量20%、矿浆液固质量比2.5∶1、传统加热并微波辐照条件下,铷、钾浸出率分别达83.6%和88.4%,浸出效果较好。Rb2O and K2O in a tailing produced from fluorite flotation have the grades of 0.44% and 9.23%,respectively.The rubidium and potassium can be leached by traditional heating-sulfuric acid-fluorosilicic acid process and microwave irradiation-sulfuric acid-fluorosilicic acid process,respectively.Some factors related to the leaching of rubidium and potassium,including leaching time,leaching temperature,dosage of sulfuric acid and fluorosilicic acid and liquid-to-solid ratio were examined.The results show that the leaching of rubidium and potassium can reach 83.6%and 88.4%,respectively,under the conditions of leaching time of 2 h,temperature of 95℃,sulfuric acid concentratio n of 60%,fluorosilicic acid concentration of 20%,liquid-to-solid ratio of 2.5∶1,conventional and microwave heating.The leaching effect is good.
