摘 要:针对某电解锰渣,借助淋溶试验,研究了模拟酸雨对锰渣中重金属(As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn)溶出的影响,考察了淋出液pH和电导率EC的变化;以SEC法研究了淋溶前后锰渣中重金属元素的存在形式。结果表明:在模拟酸雨淋溶条件下,淋出液pH在淋溶初期快速升高之后缓慢升高,淋溶量大于840mL时,pH保持在6.40左右;淋溶液电导率EC在淋溶初期快速下降,淋溶1 260mL以后,变化缓慢,稳定于1.15μm/cm左右;As、Cd、Cu、Pb浸出量随淋溶量增大逐渐减小;Cr和Zn浸出量先提高后降低,淋溶量大于1 680 mL后,溶出率保持稳定;淋溶剂pH越低,重金属浸出率和累计释放速率越高;淋溶后锰渣中重金属含量大幅度降低。The leaching of heavy metals(As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Zn)from a electrolytic manganese residue(EMR)using simulated acid rain was researched.Changes of pH and conductivity EC of the leaching solution were analyzed.Existence forms of heavy metals in the manganese slag before and after leaching were analyzed by SEC.The results show that the pH of leaching solution increases rapidly early but slowly later at the acid rain condition.The pH of leaching solution remains around 6.40 at the leaching solution of 840 mL.While the conductivity EC of leaching solution decreases rapidly at the initial stage and slowly at leaching solution greater than 1 260 mL remaining about 1.15μm/cm.The leaching of As,Cd,Cu,Pb decreases with increasing of leaching solution.The leaching of Cr and Zn increases first and then decreases.When the leaching solution is more than 1 680 mL,the leaching of heavy metals remains stably.The leaching rate and cumulative release rate of heavy metals increase with pH decreasing.After leaching,the heavy metals in EMR are mainly very low.
