摘  要:研究了采用高品位氧化锰矿石氧化亚铁离子—硫酸铁沉淀钾、钠—碳酸锰中和除铁—氟化锰除钙、镁—硫化钡除铜、锌—浓缩结晶工艺生产电池级高纯硫酸锰。通过单因素试验,考察了杂质分步去除的影响因素。试验结果表明:在高品位氧化锰矿石加入量为理论量2倍、硫酸铁加入量为n(Fe^3+)/n(K^++Na^+)=6/1、碳酸锰中和溶液pH=5、MnF^2+添加剂加入量为理论量3倍、BaS加入量为理论量20倍、温度60~80℃条件下对溶液进行净化,所得净化液中Fe质量浓度小于1 mg/L,K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+质量浓度均低于50 mg/L,重金属Cu^2+、Zn^2+质量浓度分别低于3、5 mg/L;此溶液经过浓缩结晶得到硫酸锰,所得硫酸锰在160℃下烘干12~20 h,得到电池级高纯硫酸锰。The preparation of battery grade high purity manganese sulfate was studied by the processes of oxidization ferrous ions using high grade manganese oxide ore-precipitation potassium and sodium using ferric sulfate-neutralization removal ferric using manganese carbonate-fluorination removal calcium and magnesium-removal copper and zinc by barium sulfide-concentration crystallization.The influencing factors of stepwise removal impurities were investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that under the conditions of the manganese oxide amount of 2 times as much theory amount,ferric sulfate amount of n(Fe^3+)/n(K^++Na^+)=6/1,manganese carbonate neutralization solution of pH=5,MnF2 additive amount of 3 times as much theory amount,and BaS amount of 20 times as much for theory amount,and temperature of 60~80℃,Fe concentration in the purifying solution is less than 1 mg/L,K^+,Na^+,Ca^2+and Mg^2+concentration are less than 50 mg/L,Cu^2+and Zn^2+concentration are less than 3 and 5 mg/L,respectively.The battery grade high-purity manganese sulfate can be obtained by concentrating,crystallizing and drying at 160℃ for 12~20 h.
