摘 要:两相流是现代诸多工业过程中的常见对象,对两相流流动参数与流型的准确检测对优化生产策略、安全高效生产、工业过程准确控制意义深远。作为一种非侵入、不辐射、防爆、安全可靠的检测手段,基于电容法的两相流流动参数与流型检测技术长期以来都是国内外的研究热点,是解决该测量问题的重要方法之一。该文围绕电容法在两相流参数检测中的应用,从电容法两相流参数测量的原理、电容法在相含率测量、流型识别中的应用,以及电容层析成像技术在两相流参数检测中的应用等几方面,对以往国内外学者在该方面的研究工作进行了回顾,讨论了电学法两相流参数与流型检测技术目前尚存在的问题以及未来的研究方向。Two-phase flow is a common object in many modern industrial processes.The accurate detection of flow parameters and flow patterns of two-phase flow is of significance for optimizing production strategy,safe and efficient production,and accurate control of industrial processes.As a non-invasive,non-radiative,explosion-proof,safe and reliable detection method,the two-phase flow parameters and flow pattern detection technology based on the capacitance method has long been a research hotspot at home and abroad,and is an important method to solve this measurement problem.This paper focuses on the application of the capacitance method in the detection of two-phase flow parameters,from the principle of capacitance method two-phase flow parameter measurement,the application of capacitance method in phase content measurement,flow pattern identification,and capacitance tomography in two-phase flow.In the aspects of the application of phase flow parameter detection,the research work of scholars in the past has been reviewed.Finally,the current problems of electrical two-phase flow parameters and flow pattern detection technology,and future research directions are discussed.
