摘  要:绿色发展已上升到我国发展的战略层面,开展绿色小水电对生态环境影响的评价具有十分重要的意义。从生态环境角度出发,构建了一种基于AHP-Grey的动态生态环境评价模型,采用3标度层次分析法计算各指标权重,运用相似度思想修正专家权重进而修正指标权重,最后运用中心点三角白化权函数评价各指标所属灰类等级,并在此基础上进行延伸,求出各指标动态变化趋势。运用此模型对雅安某小水电进行评估,验证了模型的可行性,为进一步改善小水电生态环境提供了理论基础。Green development has risen to the strategic level of China s development.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the impact evaluation of green small hydropower on ecological environment.From the perspective of ecological environment,a dynamic ecological environment assessment model is constructed based on AHP-Grey.The three-scale analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of each index,and the similarity idea is used to correct the expert weight and then the index weight is modified.Finally,the central point triangle whitenization weight function is used to evaluate the gray class of each index,and on this basis,the trend is extended to find the dynamic trend of each indicator.A small hydropower station in Ya an is evaluated by this model.The feasibility of model is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for further improving the ecological environment of small hydropower.
