摘 要:抽水蓄能电站机组发电流量相对下水库入库洪水较大,下水库的洪水调节需考虑入库洪水与发电流量的叠加影响。根据缙云抽水蓄能电站的洪水调节计算原则、计算成果分析及泄洪设施选择进行分析探讨,确定其宜选择开敞式溢洪道;停机水位,应结合电网的需求、省内抽水蓄能电站的布局及规模和电站的技术经济性进行选择;其采取分级控制水位、逐级关机方案,至少可将停机时间控制在1.5 h以内;对电站坝址上游有外流域引水的电站,抽水蓄能电站应考虑外流域引水对其入库洪水的影响。Because the power generating flow of units in pumped-storage power station is relatively larger than the inflow of lower reservoir,the flood regulation of lower reservoir should consider the superimposition of reservoir inflow and power generating flow.According to the calculation principle of flood regulation,the calculation result analysis and the selection of flood discharge facilities of Jinyun Pumped-storage Power Station,the open spillway is determined as the flood discharging structure.The water level of shutdown should be determined by combing with the demand of power grid,the layout and scale of provincial pumped storage power stations and the technical economy of power stations.By adopting hierarchical control water level and step-by-step shutdown scheme,the shutdown time of unit can be controlled within at least 1.5 h.For the power station with trans-basin water diversion at the upstream basin,the pumped-storage power station should consider the influences of trans-basin water diversion on reservoir inflow flood.
