摘 要:船闸闸首廊道和空箱施工期经常会产生混凝土温度裂缝,为了解决横拉门船闸闸首混凝土开裂问题,采用预应力技术对廊道、空箱施加预压应力,降低混凝土的拉应力值和最大第一主应力使其满足混凝土抗拉强度,以达到防治混凝土裂缝的目的。研究通过对廊道、空箱的浇筑过程进行温度、应力仿真分析,根据分析结果进行预应力布置参数设计,对比施加预应力前后的闸首应力。结果表明,施加预应力在横拉门闸首施工期混凝土防裂中是可行的。The concrete temperature cracks in the corridor and empty box of lock head are often generated in construction period.In order to solve the problem of concrete cracking in lock head with transverse pull door,the prestressed technology is applied to the corridor and empty box of lock head to reduce the tensile stress and maximum first principal stress of concrete so that it can meet the tensile strength of concrete and prevent concrete cracking.The pouring process of corridor and empty box is simulated and the temperature and stress of concrete are analyzed.Based on simulation results,the parameters of prestress layout are designed,and the stressed of lock before and after applying prestress are compared.The results show that it is feasible to apply prestress in concrete cracking prevention during the construction period of lock head with transverse pull door.
