摘 要:以大理石废料为原料,采用碱溶液中水热处理工艺,制备高白度碳酸钙粉体。利用X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜和粉体白度测试仪,分析碳酸钙粉体晶体结构、晶粒形貌以及粉体白度,研究晶形控制剂对碳酸钙粉体白度、晶粒形状和尺寸的影响。结果表明,添加CaF 2时碳酸钙粉体为球形和片状晶粒,添加Na 2SO 4时粉体主要为棒状晶粒,添加ZnSO 4时粉体为片状和板状晶粒。碳酸钙粉体白度随CaF 2含量增加以及水热温度升高,呈现先增大后减小趋势。180℃水热条件下添加3%CaF 2时,碳酸钙粉体白度达到最大值96.7%。随着水热温度升高,碳酸钙粉体晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,160℃时平均粒径达到最小值143 nm。High whiteness calcium carbonate powders were prepared from marble waste by the alkaline hydrothermal treatment.Such techniques as X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscope and powder whiteness tester were used to analyze the crystal structure,crystal morphology and powder whiteness of calcium carbonate powders.The effects of crystal modifiers on the powder whiteness,crystal shape and crystallite size were studied.Results show that the addition of calcium fluoride results in the spherical and sheet-like crystallites of calcium carbonate powder,the rod-like crystallites for the addition of sodium sulfate,and the sheet-like and tabular crystallites for the addition of zinc sulfate.The whiteness of calcium carbonate powders firstly increases and then decreases with increasing the hydrothermal temperature and CaF 2 content.The maximum powder whiteness of 96.7%is achieved at 180℃with the addition of 3%CaF 2.The crystallite size firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of hydrothermal temperature,with the minimum value of 143 nm at 160℃.
