摘  要:为了研究不同轮缘间隙下混流泵的旋转失速特性,基于k-ε湍流模型,SIMPLEC算法和六面体结构化网格,对混流泵内部流场进行数值模拟,轮缘间隙分别为0.2,0.5和0.8 mm,对比3种不同轮缘间隙下混流泵的外特性、失速工况下的内部流场及混流泵内各个监测点处的压力脉动变化。研究结果表明:当轮缘间隙为0.5 mm时,数值模拟与试验结果较为吻合,模拟结果可靠。在3种不同间隙下,外特性曲线的近失速工况点和深度失速工况点都一致,且当轮缘间隙为0.8 mm时,混流泵的流量?扬程曲线的正斜率特性最明显。随着轮缘间隙的增大,从近失速工况到深度失速工况,叶轮出口的旋涡数都有所增加,且当间隙为0.2 mm时,旋涡数增加最多。同时,轮缘泄漏涡的形态轨迹也发生较大的变化,当间隙为0.8 mm时,泄漏涡尺度得到大幅度的增强。在近失速工况时,在同一间隙下,压力脉动在不同流道中呈现相似的周期性变化,只是相邻监测点之间呈现出较大的相位差,符合失速团的传播规律。随着间隙增大,由于失速团数量的增加,压力脉动曲线呈现出不同的传播变化规律。In order to study the rotating stall characteristics of mixed-flow pump with different flange clearances,the internal flow field of the pump was numerically simulated based on k-εturbulence model,SIMPLEC algorithm and hexahedral structured mesh.The external characteristics,internal flow field and pressure fluctuation at each monitoring point under stall condition of the mixed-flow pump with 0.2,0.5 and 0.8 mm flange clearances were compared.The results show that when the flange clearance is 0.5 mm,the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and thus are reliable.The near stall point and the deep stall point of the external characteristic curves under three different clearances are the same,and when the flange clearance is 0.8 mm,the positive slope characteristic of the flow-head curve of the mixed-flow pump is the most obvious.With the increase of flange clearance,the number of vortices at the impeller outlet increases from near stall to deep stall,and when the clearance is 0.2 mm,the number of vortices increases the most.At the same time,the shape and trajectory of the flange leakage vortex also changed greatly,and when the clearance is 0.8mm,the size of the leakage vortices has been greatly enhanced.In the near stall condition,the pressure fluctuation in the same clearance shows similar periodic changes in different channels,but there is a large phase difference between the adjacent monitoring points,which conforms to the propagation law of stall cell.With the increase of clearance,the pressure fluctuation curves show different propagation rules due to the increase of stall cell number.
