摘  要:硫化氢存在于工业尾气中,为大气的主要污染物之一。MDEA(30%wt)胺溶液吸附脱除尾气中硫化氢,属于化学吸附法,为可逆放热反应,此传质传热过程通过尾气吸收塔完成。分别研究了鲍尔环-38、阶梯环-38、矩鞍环-38三种散堆填料应用于尾气吸收塔,根据Bain-Hougen(贝恩-霍根)公式计算3种填料塔塔径,可知在液泛值相同时,采用矩鞍环-38填料塔,塔径较小,成本较低。Hydrogen sulfide exists in industrial exhaust and is one of the main atmospheric pollutants.Removal of hydrogen sulfide from the industrial exhaust by MDEA(30%wt)amine solution belongs to chemisorption method and is a reversible exothermic reaction.The mass and heat transfer process is completed by the exhaust absorption column.In this paper,three kinds of random packings of Pall ring-38,CMR ring-38 and saddle ring-38 are applied to the exhaust absorption column,and the column diameters of three packings column are calculated according to the Bain-Hougen formula.It can be known that when the liquid flooding value is the same,the column diameter of the saddle ring-38 packing column is smaller than that of the other two packing columns and the cost is lower.
