摘 要:开展三羟甲基丙烷(以下简称三羟)废水不同COD浓度的厌氧生化试验,通过表征废水单位质量COD甲烷产率和废水COD去除率得出:当三羟废水COD≤3 000 mg/L时,废水对厌氧生物无毒性抑制;当三羟废水COD为3 000~6 000 mg/L时,废水对厌氧生物部分毒性抑制,随着废水COD浓度变大,毒性抑制增强;当三羟废水COD≥6 000 mg/L时,废水对厌氧生物全部毒性抑制。The anaerobic biochemical tests of trimethylolpropane wastewater at different COD concentration were carried out.Through characterization of unit mass COD of wastewater,methane yield and COD removal rate of wastewater,this paper comes to a conclusion:when the COD in trimethylolpropane wastewater is less than 3000 mg/L,there’s nontoxic inhibition of wastewater on anaerobic organisms;when the COD in trimethylolpropane wastewater is 3 000~6 000 mg/L,there’s partial toxicity inhibition of wastewater on anaerobic organisms.With the increase of COD concentration of wastewater,the toxicity inhibition is enhanced.When the COD in trimethylolpropane wastewater is more than 6 000 mg/L,there’s total toxicity inhibition of wastewater on anaerobic organisms.
