摘 要:目的探讨一站式精准宣教平台在住院患者辅助检查中的应用效果,为减少患者检查准备缺陷,提高护士宣教效率提供有效的辅助工具。方法选取本科室住院患者425例,按入院时间分组,2018年8月入院的212例患者设为对照组,2018年12月入院的213例患者设为试验组。对照组采用传统的口头宣教方法,试验组采用一站式精准宣教平台宣教方法,比较采用平台前后两组患者检查准备缺陷发生率和因询问检查相关事宜而中断护士工作的发生率。结果试验组检查准备缺陷发生率明显低于对照组,试验组因患者询问检查相关事宜而中断护士工作的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论在住院患者的辅助检查宣教中,采用一站式精准宣教平台,能减少患者检查准备缺陷,有效提高护士宣教效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of one-stop precision health education platform on auxiliary examination of hospitalized patients,and to provide an effective assistant tool for reducing the defects of patients'preparation for examination and improving the education efficiency of nurses.Methods A total of 425 inpatients in the department were included in the study.According to the admission time,212 patients admitted to the hospital in August 2018 were selected as the control group,and 213 patients admitted in December as the experimental group.The control group was instructed by the traditional oral teaching method,while the experimental group was trialed with a one-stop precision health education platform.The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of defects and number of occurrences of the patients with defects and the incidence of interruption of nurse work due to the inquiry and number of occurrences of patients who interrupted the work of the nurses before and after the use of the platform.Results The incidence of defects and the number of occurrences of the patients with defects in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of interruption of nurse work due to the inquiry and the number of occurrences of patients who interrupted the work of the nurses in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion In the health education on auxiliary examination,the one-stop precision health education platform can effectively reduce the defects of patients'preparation for examination and improve the efficiency of nurses'education,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
