麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗冠状动脉慢血流微血管性心绞痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析冠状动脉慢血流微血管性心绞痛(CSFA)患者采用麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取76例CSFA患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各38例。在给予常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予尼可地尔治疗,研究组给予尼可地尔联合麝香保心丸治疗。治疗3个月,比较两组的总有效率、不良反应、平板运动试验阳性率、血清炎性因子指标、心电图指标。结果:研究组总有效率、一氧化氮(NO)水平明显优于对照组;研究组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)水平及平台板运动试验阳性率均低于对照组;研究组不良反应发生率、炎性因子水平明显低于对照组,且心电图指标改善情况更明显(P<0.05)。结论:对CSFA患者采用尼可地尔联合麝香保心丸治疗可加快患者冠状动脉血流速度,减轻炎性反应,提高血清NO水平,迅速控制心绞痛症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with nicorandil in the treatment of patients with coronary slow flow angina(CSFA).Methods:Seventy-six patients with CSFA were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 38 cases each.All patients were treated with routine symptomatic therapy,and besides the control group was treated with nicorandil while the study group was treated with nicordil and Shexiang Baoxin pills.The treatment was lasted for 3 months.The total effective rate,adverse reactions,positive rate of treadmill exercise test,serum and inflammatory factor indexes,and electrocardiogram indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,the level of nitric oxide(NO)were significantly better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),vascular endothelin-1(ET-1),inflammatory factors and the positive rate of treadmill exercise test and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05)and the improvement of electrocardiogram was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil and Shexiang Baoxin pills for the treatment of CSFA patients can accelerate coronary blood flow,alleviate inflammatory reaction,increase serum NO level and rapidly control the symptoms of angina pectoris.
