摘　　要：随着中国国际化进程的加快,知识产权管理已成为企业管理不可或缺的一部分,但是中国企业的知识产权管理仍存在诸多问题:企业缺乏专利管理意识,缺乏管理机构和专职管理人才,缺乏企业专利管理激励机制。知识产权作为现代商业竞争的无形武器,做好知识产权管理对于企业的长远发展尤为重要。如何在项目的创新和发展的管理中,有质量、有效率的累积知识产权无形资产,提高企业市场竞争力,需要采取措施加以解决。With the acceleration of China’s internationalization process,intellectual property management has become an indispensable part of enterprise management,but there are still many problems in intellectual property management of Chinese enterprises:lack of awareness of patent management,lack of management institutions and full-time management personnel,lack of incentive mechanism for enterprise patent management.As an invisible weapon of modern commercial competition,intellectual property management is particularly important for the long-term development of enterprises.Some measures should be taken so as to solve these problems such as how to accumulate the intangible assets of intellectual property rights with quality and efficiency in the management of project innovation and development and how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
