论养血活血法在安胎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：传统观念认为,安胎治疗当以补肾固冲为主,鲜有人论及活血养血之法可以安胎。当归、川芎、五灵脂等活血之药可以治疗胎漏胎动不安症,临床疗效显著,可推广应用。Tonifying kidney and strengening Chong channel to prevent miscarriage was traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Few people had mentioned that nourishing and promoting blood circulation can prevent miscarriage.Angelicae sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Trogopterus xanthipes and other blood-activating herbs were used to vaginal bleeding during pregnancy and threatened abortion,which have significant clinical effect and can be popularized and applied.
